Los Autenticos Coffee is a propreitary blend which took over 6 months to develop and years to perfect. We roast locally in longwood florida and pack our exclusive blend for the public as well. Our cuban style espresso is prepared fresh everyday

at our location and the result is a coffee that is rich , strong and aromatic. Perfect for "cafe con leches, cortaditos & coladas.

Origin

To come up with our unique blend we looked at many different coffee beans and the specific qualities they brought to each

cup. What we ended up with were coffee beans that brought a strong taste combined with great aroma and thick crema that allows us to create our designs in each cup that gets served.

All coffees arent the same and all espresso machines are not created equal. Our Nuova simonelli espresso machine has been named as the official 2011 World Barista Championship espresso machine and is the machine we use to pull every espresso shot in our establishment.

Our latte art promise also assures all of our customers that the presentation will be just as impressive as our unique blend , roasting procedures and preparation.

To get the most out of our unique blend, the roasting process is one that requires great oversight. Roast temperature , roast time and which beans to roast together are all crucial decisions that were made along with packaging issues such as material and gas valves. By roasting locally we can guarantee both freshness and quality of our coffee.
